Shipping Policy
- FILLING ORDERS - ordered items which are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
- OUT OF STOCK - out of stock items will need to be reordered. We do not automatically process backordered items.
- GROUND SHIPPING - all orders are shipped via ground shipping unless an alternative method is purchased by the customer. WA orders will usually arrive in 1-3 business days. West Coast orders will usually arrive in 2-4 business days. East Coast orders will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders may take slightly longer to clear customs. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays.
- SHIPPING GUARANTEE - we do not guarantee the shipping times quoted by the carrier.
- WEATHER DELAYS - delays in receiving your product due to extreme weather or other natural causes are outside the scope of delivery guarantees by the shipping carrier.
- APO/FPO - orders shipping to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - all International orders will be shipped via USPS.
- DVD RESTRICTIONS - we cannot ship DVDs or Videos to Canada or Australia per their customs laws. Orders with only DVDs or Videos will be canceled. Multiple product orders will be shipped complete without the DVD or Videos.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- international orders may require you to pay an import tax dependent upon your countries laws and rates.
- currently we only ship internationally to these countries: Australia, Canada, Finland, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden and United Kingdom.
- some products cannot be shipping to certain countries due to religious or other governmental restrictions.
- Our Warehouse - most orders ship from our distribution center in Washington State.
- Alternative Warehouse - some items may ship from a separate fulfillment location. These orders do not ship the same day as shipments from our WA warehouse. A delay of two or three days is possible.
Return Policy
- Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted. Lingerie items can ONLY be exchanged with the manufacturers tags still attached and ONLY for same garment in a different size. Ship the lingerie item back to us in good condition and indicate the size desired to receive exchange.
General Information
- All items discreetly packaged in a brown unmarked box labeled shipped by "Peekay Inc".
- Credit card charged as "Peekay Inc".
- Currently no Sales Taxes are collected when you shop with us except orders shipped within Washington and California states.
